i havent update in awhile as i have been injured and havent been training:’(:’( by far the worst feeling ever and i cant believe i cant play my club match tomorrow… some intense training coming once ive recovered thats for sure! done sit ups and crunches everyday but its not the same, i NEED cardio!! still motivated which is a plus! September here i come:D:D!
Day 5 bought 4 hours of hockey and although i didnt make it into the disrict side im happy:):)… very low calorie day and alot of burning off was followed by a low calorie sushi date:):) all in all a good day:):)
a very relaxed day 6:) calories were controlled and had a good hour workout and a 20 min run, i wish it was longer but nightfall fell on me alot sooner than i expected:)… another plus for the day was spending it with the ex:)… OH MY he is looking amazing! he complimented my bum:) hehe… he wasnt so happy about the diet situation but when im looking good on his arm again then he will be thanking me:):)
Weekend summary… Alot better than i expected… tought week of hockey with club fitness on wednesday and a very big match on tuesday… lets get this week going:) im keen!
oh wow, so hockyed out… and more to come tomorrow:) but with 4 hours of hockey down today im feeling great:) and kept the calories uuuuultra low:) cant wait to do my workout again! its amazing and makes me feel super good afterwards:) i havent cheated yet and im so proud, lets just keep it up!
still dreading the weigh in… but i will get around to it!

today went alot better than i expected:):) i had an amzing workout:) ive stuck a whole workout plan on my wall and i will conquer it every single day:):)
ate dinner quite late and kicking myself for that but ill just have to work it off :):)
I will do a weigh in super soon just very scared of the result:):)
Oh quick question: Are diet sodas like coke light or coke zero really as low in calories as they say??
so, i think ive gone over my calorie count for the day so to make up for it, im stealing from another day and rate i should fast tomorrow:):)
hockey training and some working out in the morning tomorrow and a good days fast should make up for it all:):)

Back to school tomorrow, back under control. Hockey match tomorrow, calorie burning time:) and if home not too late i will be running again:) we shall see how it goes!
